The work intended as a realization and the expression of myself has always been my passion and goal. Building and consolidating a result through customer satisfaction, doing our job well and with passion is what completes a man and makes him better.

My professional training starts very early following a strong personal ambition for realization and independence. Thanks to the predisposition to create numerous interpersonal relationships and the achievement of the set results, I wanted to face the world of work from a young age, choosing different sectors of activity to complete and increase my professional skills.

I immediately had a strong predisposition towards commercial, development and coordination roles, deepened in the sectors of activity that had a response and growth on the market of the moment. Every experience has been extremely formative for a professional commercial and entrepreneurial profile, which I have always tried to complete, putting the focus on the luxury goods and services sector with an international profile (France, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia).

In 1998, in fact, I’ve entered, with my usual enthusiasm and as a protagonist, into the business of rental and brokerage of luxury services, yachts, helicopters and private aircraft. This activity had been carried out mainly in Sardinia with great results until 2011, the year in which I heard a great willingness to go further by dedicating myself exclusively to the production of customized boats with my own brand.

The consolidated experience in those years has gathered a remarkable request for a particular type of niche boat for an exclusive clientele, which could be built in Italy,
offering the exclusive service of personalization and quality these were the purposes for “C.Boat” brand, born in 2004; it has later became “Custom Boat Monaco” due to commercial development and internationalization.

Today, Custom Boat is based in the Principality of Monaco and it’s in a restructuring phase due to my strong desire to rebuild and consolidate a worthy operational and partnership structure on the brand’s values for consolidate the trust our customers have placed in it, with 7 boats, from 27 to 37 meters, built and sold in last 14 year. The brand’s values that me, as “the face” that represents it, I always wanted to impose strongly as priority are the quality of work, of materials but above all the relationships; the organization that puts the customer at the center of the project with respect and professionalism, working with innovation and scrupulous research for the best solutions of the sector.

In this transitional phase, I put, with great satisfaction, my know-how at the disposal of companies inherent to my profile and professional ambitions, aware of the fact that every professional relationship is a fertile ground for opportunities and growth.
